Keystone Design Group

About Us

The PittCAD research group at the University of Pittsburgh pursues research in several related areas of Computer Science and Electrical & Computer Engineering. The group is led by Professors Steven Levitan (ECE) and Donald Chiarulli (CS) and graduate students in the group come from ECE, CS, and CoE programs. Our approach is both vertically and horizontally interdisciplinary. Example projects leverage concepts from group theory, coding theory, and circuit design to develop self checking families of logic; or electrical modeling techniques applied to mechanical systems such as surface failure.

Keystone Design

The Keystone Design Group works in both Benedum Hall and Sennott Square.
